Rick's passion has always been residential real estate. After graduating with a degree in Architecture, he enjoyed success as both a Realtor® since 1989 and over 10 years as a Custom Home Designer/Builder in Washington State.
We relocated to Florida in 2010 and enjoy helping our clients solve problems, reach goals, and attain their dreams in real estate.

Design/Presentation/Construction Expertise: Rick’s design/construction background and eye for detail, help sellers prepare their home to maximize the value of the sale and help buyers evaluate a property’s issues and potential. Years of experience as a Custom Home Builder, make Rick uniquely qualified as a new home construction ally; and as a Buyer's Agent he looks out for our clients’ best interests throughout the entire transaction including the construction phase.
